Our teaching staff releases the role of the traditional teacher and begins with using the child's own theories to build upon new knowledge and help the child to think about their own thinking to facilitate new learning. All of our teachers hold New Jersey State Teaching Certifications, as well as, Bachelor’s Degrees in Art and/or Masters Degrees in Early Childhood Education.
